I'm not talking about the time it takes to get this tag; what I'm saying is that we need more options to tag games. There's a big difference between an abandoned project and one that's just on Stand-by or delayed.

And it should already be evident to everyone that these games usually need more than 18 months to release content. They are made by small teams, with only a few people working on them. Even the AAA games you mention sometimes get delayed, and they have hundreds or even thousands of professionals working on them.

There are many indie-games that are made by not-big teams but with the more often updates. Manila Shaw, Something Unlimited and some more from published their on f95, for example.

IMHO you are wrong. Here on F95 many understand that the game creators are gone from Patreon. But such members here knows that the reason for that is the new Pateon policy and the new Patreon rules for publishing materials. With that new pules and new policy it`s hard to public on Pateon porno at all not only the porno games.

krytov124, now we will figure out alternative platforms for development and there will be a post. In its current form, it cannot be placed on Patreon, it only lives on boosty now, and this is not enough.

As suspected, there is no update to the main game per se on Boosty, just the standalone Winter minigame.

do you really think they released two completly different versions within a week? These devs? I think it is obvious that you are the only one here who has no clue what is going on: There are currently 3 versions of the game: First is the original, which was last time updated for more then 1 year ago. Additionally, they just published two different versions of a standalone-minigame: One version has alk and other cool stuff and is from boosty, while the other has tea and other lame stuff and is available on patreon. Both versions are pretty much the same, one is just more vanilla compared to the other
So, all the stuff you were so boldly boasting here was in fact just bs. There are ppl here following this "game" 's progression for almost 8 years now, so dont try to be a smartass

these developers made like 5-6 releases in 8+ years and each next took them longer and longer time. This "update" was planned to be released last christmas, but they fucked up all deadlines once again.
And only after game got Abandoned tag, they put their shit together and finished at least christmas story.

Tag Abandoned is legitimate and only right for this game, so all newcomers would definitelly know - don't waste your time here, it's pointless. It's just a bog for 2,5 lonely trolls (like me) that have nothing else in their miserable lifes than to hope for another scene with Jack =(
