Go to the fishing spot in the morning, you have to click the bubbles/wrinkles in the water. There's 3 or 4 of them, whether you get fish is random I believe so it could take a few tries.

How big are the differences if I am drunk or not? I tried not to drink when I have the choice, but maybe I miss something this way? Is Sams drinking linked with his corruption and he is willing to do more when he is drunk? Or is it the same just some text-changes?
