It's funny how devs are "working" on erasing bugs, release an update and you can still find annoying bugs literally by going with a story. Not clicking random stuff but just going with a story. It's like dev never checked if the game is playable.

This public reading is a mess.
Dude this is quite normal stuff. Without a dedicated QA team there is no way in hell you can avoid the bugs. You can be sure that what you can see is only a tipberg of bugs actually genereted and squashed by an iteration.
I was a QA tester for minecraft after MS aquired it.. We've tested with 40+ team for 3 yrs streight trying to reach C++ version of what it was in Java on the day of purchase.
Suffice to say that after all those years of testing only one version we've still submited tens of bugs per week.

I understand this but the game is literally unplayable. You can't finish the main story of the newest update. You don't even need a QA team for notice that. It's like saying "the store is open" and the door are closed.

I understand missing some small bugs with side quests or pictures. But this is literally a point where you can't play a main story. Why would it be released? Wtf.

How about you try developing a game yourself before you continue to give the dev shit. Do you know how much lines of code the dev has to go through? Do you know what kind of hardships the dev is going through? Dev not being able to find every single bug does not mean the dev isn't trying.

Man, so many of you are toxic and entitled here.

The main problems that make the new version of the game impassable (namely, the segment with Public Readings and the segment with Cornelia and Irma's contacts on the phone) are related to the same problem. If you do not go into details, then this is due to the save system, namely, whether you started playing version 0.23 through the Start in the Main menu or continued from the old save. If you start the game from the old save, then the game has conflicts with new elements from version 0.23. We did not notice this because we tested the game through the Start in the Main menu and the "Start from version 0.23" function. We sincerely apologize for this miscalculation. Our team hopes that this situation will not spoil your gaming experience from the new update that we have been working so hard on.
Seems like a silly yet very easy oversight to make. Considering they already released a fix for for it to their patreons I am not really sure what the point of bitching about it is.

Developing your own game is NOT a prerequisite to giving criticism to a game, quit it with that dumb logical fallacy.

but he is right in everything, to find these bugs it is enough to just quickly go through the story, only in the last update I found 2 bugs that prevent you to go further

... Dev decided to release it ...
... It's completely his fault he did not game test it ...
... It takes around 1 minute to get first error ...
... Also, you do realize Tarts doesn't have any set release schedule ...
... And he took months to release this one ...
