The first time alchemy stumbles upon Meridia you dont rescue her from the Orks in the Barracks and the goblin scene is a followup later in the game.
I briefly looked but didn’t see the new update changelog posted so here it is. If past history is anything to go by update should be out in one to three weeks.

Hello friends, a new version of Witch Hunter 0.19 will be released soon, and therefore I am publishing a changelog
-Added a continuation of the main storyline (Contains content with guards in the dungeon and a plot related to the Silver Dragon restaurant)
- The plot with Lillian has been significantly changed
-Added about 18 NSFW scenes
-Animated 3 old and 4 new NSFW scenes (3 of which are in a mini-game)
-Added 6 new story scenes
-A complete rework of Lillian's character has been made
- Some old scenes with Lillian have been redrawn
- Added three new mini-games inside the new plot
-Added 1 new background
- Added 2 new pages to the magazine in the store
- Fixed a bug that could appear when playing poker on dice
-Other fixes and innovations

Mmmm sound is all centered in Lilian with somewhat content for Hay Lin, I lost the hype.
Yeah I pretty much feel the same but what can you do. We can’t like every update. Maybe if we’re lucky we’llget some other stuff from the main story line.
18 New scenes seems insane, like literally the math doesn't add up with the rest of the changelog, hopefully we will have a big story update (those are my favorites), it sucks the whole changing Lily, even though I don't like her, a bunch of people must, he should at least leave the old scenes in.

I think the main story will be in Silver Dragon, and there will be 2-3 scenes with Lillian

I mean I wish, but remember a couple of post ago it was reveled patrons decided a new look for Lilian, and it was chosen the Gothic look, it seems she will have a whole story about rebelling or something.
At least I'm fine with Hay lin having some content 'cuz she has been the most forgotten one.
Hopefully Hay Lin kino can mask the pain of how they butchered Lilian.

Witch Hunter 0.19 game has been released and now aviable! The update contains a new storyline with Hay Lin and her Mother at the Silver Dragon Restaurant, new mini-games and lots of animated NSWF scenes!
