It was an early version of the game, which I liked better than the new version I have nothing against the goth one but I prefer the original The Goth one just seems stupid to me and I wish there was a way to restore the original and add it to the other scenes I feel like that should be an option to choose between the different ones
0.18 and earlier, she got her rework in 0.19 since the loli version "aged up through a potion" threatend his patreon account, so he made a vote and the community voted for goth lilian and the story was changed around her.

Look for a download of version 0.18, then you can play the cornelia storyline and see the content for yourself.
I tried to find the version 18 files online after I saw your post. But it's either gone or only for the latest update. I did see the gallery of it so there's that.

As far as I remember, the poll options were something like this: a goth/outcast, a glam bitch, a shy honor student, a martial arts girl, and a shut-in/hikikomori type.
the vow part dont really make sense anymore since it was not for the goth version. if you read it makes no sense. regardless will just wait and see it is what it is and goth is sexy anyways which is why shes on my top to see her getting fucked
