Nah that's just not understanding semantic versioning. Nothing is stopping him labeling the version in 24 years as 0.100.

1.0 would be release, but he can skip from 0.25 to there in a single update.

I believe there's still a bunch of planned versions on the roadmap, and that the final thing on the roadmap isn't the final version so far.

It doesn't even mean that. What it means is that the author has incremented the version 24-ish times.

Either its in gang control area or i need to go to the business center to save susan...

You have to make a whore out of one girl, who wasnt a whore before, and give her away. The game supposed to be just a first half, a slave route, with love route coming later™, but its been a decade since that plan. The author himself seems to dislike being mean, and already voiced regrets via protagonist. But what is done is done. Except when they delete scenes with aged up loli.
And there are a few whores, but I dont think it counts.
