If it's the actual filming of porn, then no. That happens when you fail to collect enough cash to pay off your debt by the time collection day comes around. The filming that happens in the slums and losing to enemies is the lizard recording your suffering to be sold as porn later, which also contributes to alleviating your debt.
There are multiple levels. Failing to get enough gold the first time around leads to the MC being forced to do porn for the first time. This keeps escalating the more times you fail to collect money, leading to an ending if you fail to meet the deadline a certain number of times.
If you are being raped at the inn, then there are scenes that could trigger, something akin to "What if" or possible futures.
All the other events are her at her like early game state where she hates it and it's actual rape in the back alley/inn. The inn scene I got on my current playthrough is her being raped at night in that slums dirt poor room. Those are the two events I've seen so far and yet when I go up and leave the ruins with 5 days left, when I go to bed in her house there's an impregnation event and after that 2 new characters I don't even know in her room with more events. It feels like stuff Is houldn't have access too yet. Is it related to pregnancy stuff? Could it have been turned on automatically and only turned off later and it doesn't stop the fact that she's pregnant? I checked the extra options a while after those scenes, to see if it was off and I'm pretty sure it was either off or I turned it off.
