I did a (little) better MTL with Sugoi that should fix some annoyances, though buttons still aren't translated. That's not hard to do, just search "glink" in the *.ks files with Notepad++.

Extract over your scenario folder.

I assume the author will release a translation soon, probably sometime between now and Chapter 4 releasing.
