I notice on the new Patreon that there are 5 girls listed and five shown are Tonks, Susan, Hermione, Cho, and Luna, but isn't there 6? Have we abandoned Astoria?
Yes it should say 6. Any girl with a wardrobe you can suggest new outfits for.
Because splitting time/resources between two projects can only mean slower progress for both. Concentrating on completion of one before beginning another is always preferable.
Focus is entirely on Witch Trainer for the next three months. We're currently getting the next update ready to launch in a week or two, only one month after our last update in December, while we simultaneously set up an entire new Patreon and Discord.
We're mostly just writing down ideas for the new game, finding a story, and getting inspirations for character designs we like.
It's going to take us a couple of months until we can share what we have for it.
I'm a bit confused now. I read the post detailing that Mo went awol but why is there now a patreon showing content that's not in the github? Is that just a teaser for the next free update or does it need to be paid for?

The post above says "monthly" polls for a single outfit, so it'll be 2 months wait for a single top? That seems a bit excessive.
I understand its a dead game so i won't expect Akabur to help you like he is the SC34 guy on here but i'm just wondering why it's all being moved to Patreon and Discord, as it seems like access is being restricted when it used to be freely discussed and shared on various sites.
We'll add the outfit to the github as soon as it's done. And everybody has free access to the github just as before.
I could be wrong, but I don't think "monthly polls" means it's going to take a full month to take the poll... They'll probably add said costumes in the same month that the poll is taken.
EDIT: Apparently, this is only if the Patreon goal is reached, otherwise we'll be getting 1.5-2 month updates.
It might take us 1-2 months for an official update. We want to upload sizable updates that don't feel small, with lengthy content and game-play. Which just takes a time...
If the goal is reached we'll push for an update every month, which is going to be quite stressful for all of us.
But we'll try our best!
I dunno. This whole thing is very suspect. It's Akaburs game, with Mo's mod, with Artguy, Captain Nemo and various anons art and edits (of which i was one) suddenly requiring payment for costume ideas. I've got stuff from 2013 floating around yet now after 5-6 years of free updates from anyone and everyone it's locked away. They say there are 46 patrons, if 45 of them are those guys, you're never getting that "Doc Brown" costume but they'll take your money month after month.
We still have artists on our mod team that take suggestions and ideas from the community. The outfit poll is just a reward for our patrons, and you only have to pledge 1$ to share your outfit idea.
Sure it might not make the vote but we can't possibly draw outfits for every single person in our community?!
My issue is for 5+ years people have freely chatted to various artists and Mo, requested what ever they wanted from Tifa Costumes to Towels and someone manged to do it within hours or days. Now it's different people who are charging you and taking months whether they do it or not.
You don't see that as a problem so lets agree to disagree. I honestly hope it all goes smoothly and lasts for 5 more years.
Mo has taken outfit commissions for a good year now?
We had to take over the Discord and Patreon. Discord because that's where we communicate with out team and the community, and we didn't have access to simple features like making people mods because of his absence.
And we moved to a new Patreon because it's unfair that somebody who hasn't added content for 5 months gets to be in charge of it, while other people do all the work...
