I'm not sure about its feasibility, but there's an app called Joiplay that functions as an interpreter for different engines, such as Ren'py. It might be worth trying out to see if it works for you to play the 1.39 version on Android.
Assuming it was the creator of the original Witch Trainer that you talked with, this extensively modified and expanded version - Witch Trainer Silver - is being developed by a different team.
