No longer supported by the Ren'Py Engine. The benefits the new versions bring outweigh the support for an outdated operating system even Microsoft does not want to support anymore. I use Arch, BTW.
Parrot OS (Deb rolling) for not-games stuff btw.
Seconded. to really see the difference, it's best to play the original. doesn't take that long, because it's just the Granger girl.

It's been a pleasure to add in what the fans truly wanted.
There is some way that Renpy 8.4.1 can run on Win 7, but need a little effort. And there's another problem too maybe just my computer but in my case antivirus detect All Renpy 8.4.1 games as a virus, so when I want to play the game first I must turn off my Antivirusreally sad, though. still running a W7 box for all the older stuff. imo, for gaming, win didn't improve that much after. got bigger, but not better.

So... where the fuck is the cheat menu? The UI redesign is weird, but I'll roll with it - but if I want to save some useless grinding since I've seen the first 2/3s of the game like a dozen times already, the cheat menu is essential. Money/items/rep - all those should be freely edited if we want to, considering how many repetitive steps we need to go through on a new save to get to the latter part of the game.
You might as well wait a year or so. I gave the update a try to see the new art, but if the text is fresh in your mind you ain't going to have a different opinion on the game

backpack top right corner or I. it will be on books or quest items. click it and a "read" green option pops up on the right side
My last save before 1.48 was 1.47.3. But my save still does not work. Does anyone know a fix.
Just getting caught up on the Patch Notes after not playing in over a year when I saw “Fixed Madam Mafkin becoming a socialist by giving outfits for free.” and immediately burst out laughing. It’s moments like these that make it worth reading through all the patch notes, that shit is too funny

might give it a try. i'm open for suggestions, thus far my first attempt to trick things gave me a set of parser errors.
not going to install a w10 or w11 just to play a mod.
The android version is natively an apk file - don't unzip it, just run it and it will install.
