To all that have a windows version below 10 - just use a linux bootdrive or virtual machine to play the linux version, or an android emulator to play the android version - it's fairly easy to do.
As for this update ver. 1.48... well there's a lot of issues (that might have been fixed in 1.48.1?) such as; inconsistencies in the texts, no cum on clothes (even though overlays are easy to do in Ren'Py), clothes are not the same in the close-ups, images not being hidden when they are supposed to or getting shown later than expected, when you ask Hermione to do public favours that she refuses or you decide not to ask her to do it afterall, she'll still show up at night saying she did it and writing by a full moon only gives a boost sometimes while you might get a full moon boost when it's overcast.
It kind of looks like the team should consider having the new animator redo all the drawings in their own hand, so previous favours could be revisted and improved upon and the game could get a more consistent feeling - also I don't get the appeal of the dress-up aspect of the game, since it doesn't factor into the game in any meaningful way. I also wonder why there are pauses in the dialogue, instead of "..." or something; playing on a chromebook where the game freezes every other minute, it is very confusing and I often either waited for no reason or skipped three lines ahead too often.
Anyway; since I know the paying customers opinion are more important than mine, and I don't want to sound like I'm only negative, I would like to say that the original Quality of Life improvements are still appreciated; not having to read all the damn books, chapter by chapter no less, is still great and the local shop where you can buy instantly and not having to wait for an owl that could take a week or more to come, will always be viewed as a fantastic addition to the game.
