IF you have a save files from the japanese version, look for

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\BousabaG\お姉ちゃんといっしょ\bindata

and copy the contents to

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\BousabaG\With an Older Girl\bindata
and the old saves should work again

I had the same issue. For me the the problem is that the base game for some strange reason saves to :

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\With an Older Girl\bindata

...instead of the proper path:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\BousabaG\With an Older Girl\bindata

...so the solution would be to copy your "With an Older Girl" folder from "DefaultCompany" to the proper path. Overwrite when prompted. When you boot from the DLC launcher again, you should see your old save(s) in-game.

I checked the DLSite page for the game and there was a bug fix update on 14/06. It's possible that it's for the cold conversation and stat bug. Hopefully, we get the updated version sometime soon.

for this game, I took it slow and read the story and the interaction
Just make sure that you save your game every 10 days or so as if you talk to her about a specific topic called ABOUT COLD that will crash your game

For those who got bug about the sex counts and affection can't get up. It's probably because you turn on the room fragrance. Just set it off, works for me. The old sex activities won't be added to the counts tho, only start to add new sexual activity to counts. The game should be updated too, but seems like nobody update it(?)
