If you went to the DLC and Full Package page it mentioned that its under AI Translations. If you went to the dev blog he mentions that its now under AI but around Q4 or later? there will be a proper English translations and to wait till then if you wanted. That version will most probably be the one from steam.

IF you have a save files from the japanese version, look for

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\BousabaG\お姉ちゃんといっしょ\bindata

and copy the contents to

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\BousabaG\With an Older Girl\bindata
and the old saves should work again
