As an obvious work in progress this is already amazing. Art, facial expressions, voiceover... Great! Gameplay is too easy and too slow at the same time, but most rewards are worth it.

One thing I'd change is the point of spells story-wise. Magically shorting the skirt lenght is a ridiculous concept. I'd propose to make it into a mass-hypnosis spells. Like, rules in Hogwarts force everyone to always wear strict uniforms, but putting spell on Hermione allows her to walk around in more and more revealing (or even simply stylish) clothes with everyone around being utterly fine with it because of how magic forces them to see less and less normal attire as something that is quite normal and up to school standards (while not really understanding why Hermione looks more and more attractive each day with - quickly becoming the hottest girl in school by a mile). And the teacher could get on it after a few successful experiments proving the spell's usefulness - thus explaining why her clothes start to change as well.

I'd make Harry, Hermione and their teacher to be the only one's aware of the reality. The way Hermione can dress sexier and sexier without reprocutions or anyone noticing would naturally break down her ingibitions and make her open to other sexual experiments.

Dev is following the same moral degeneration game mechanic as Akabar's Witch Trainer, Princess Trainer, and other slave trainer games. Which is often the point of the genre, to take the goodie two-shoes, morally superior, and insufferable virtue signalling heroines and break them to the antihero's will.

Yes it creates some convoluted reactions, but it's a video game there is supposed to be some suspension of reality

I'm not sure it's the intension here... After all, Hermione and Harry are clearly dating here and she is at least partially on board with all this from the start. So it's already differs from other Trainers... but hey, only Kirill knows what he actually tries to do with the story.

Also, if corruption is Trainer-style corruption with Harry being antihero is something he wants to do - it's still possible to do so. Just not with the magical clothes, but by some separate mechanic (that separation already exist with the game, actually, with most corruption happening during personal off-screen lessons Hermione gets during evenings)

Well, the end game is make a great corruption game set at Hogwarts.

There are few reasons I used the 'magic' to unlock the outfits.
I'm a professional artist, I'm good at art, not as good at coding, but I still wanted to make a game. So I've made a character with a lot of poses, and wardrobe items, but that's not much of a game, so I've added a simple unlocking mechanics with some cool magic animations. I also wanted to try something else, other then 'you have to earn coin to buy the outfit'.

The game grows organically, I do have various ideas of where I want to take it, but having an idea is one thing, but then actually building it is something else.

I still want to move towards the 'trainer' type of a game, so there will be a new 'class' where you could take Hermione and other girls for the 'training', while the fashion class would be for the unlocking new wardrobe items. Currently it performs too much functions, but that's because it's the only thing that is built.

I also want to have a character editor and a name customization, so you could look like Harry Potter, and you could choose your name as 'Harry', or you can have a different look and name. Nothing too extensive, but it would be a cool thing to have.

Aside from that, I want to add Hogsmead village as a location, as a 'map' with Hogwarts castle on the background, and various places you can visit, shops, bars, strip club, a brothel. Typical trainer stuff, just with HP twist.

Making everything takes time, and often it's longer than I would like it to be. I've just spent a couple of weeks building and texturing a new location Defense Against the Dark Arts class, and I'm still not finished with the 3D part, but I'm getting there.

This is just one of the camera angles, the actual in-game art would be shot with the same camera and perspective used for the characters.
DADA will be the corruption class, with a new teacher (WIP):

You'll need to built a relationship with her and do various things before she becomes your accomplice in corrupting Hermione.

I think it would be a good template for each location to have a function (wardrobe items, various aspects of corruption, exhibitionism, etc.) and a quest that would develop the characters inhabiting those locations (teachers, bar owners, shopkeepers, etc.).

Once I have the necessary characters and location for a full corruption cycle for Hermione, I'll add other girls, so you could use the existing mechanics to train them also. And after that I'll add an overarching narrative on top, to connect all of those characters and locations together with the story, add some new locations, and various game endings. At least that's the current plan.

So that's what's up, I think it's interesting, but it takes a long time to make.

Sounds awesome. Looking forward to what comes over the years.
A fun twist could be one of the teachers turns into Bellatrix Lestrange after the polyjuice wears off.

I want it to be a continuation of the books in a way, that will be the idea of the overall plot, so Bellatrix is dead. However I wanted to find a way to bring her in some form, and polyjuice potion could be a way to do that, maybe one of the girls (could be Hermione herself) drink it and temporarily they look like Bellatrix.

The overall setting I'm going for:

The fall of the Dark Lord left the wizarding world in chaos. Dispersed factions of Voldemort's followers had regrouped into smaller covens, dedicated to the Dark Arts. Meanwhile, magical creatures, feeling betrayed by their previous alliances with wizards, refused to acknowledge their authority. The goblins, in particular, had embarked on a movement for complete independence, seeking to establish their own judicial system.

The Ministry of Magic, struggling to maintain control over the increasingly turbulent situation, found itself in a state of chaos. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, once a beacon of magical education, was left in ruins, and the new Minister of Magic feared that it would once again become a breeding ground for dark magic.

Attempts to ban the study of the Dark Arts had proven futile in the past. The decision to conceal information about horcruxes had allowed Voldemort to create and wield them as a weapon. The new Minister of Magic recognized that the best way to prevent another dark lord from rising to power was to equip young witches and wizards with the knowledge and skills to combat the Dark Arts.

Dude this sounds so fucking good. I played through the game so far and was extremely impressed. You gotta keep going. I know extra characters isnt a massive priority but i hope we see moaning myrtle. Potentially some good interactions there if only for non physical corruption. Having that many locations outside the castle lets you have a lot of options when it comes to original characters like a librarian for example. Not to mention since the library is already in you could easy work in an arc for that location maybe with scandelous books in the restricted section. Just keep cooking!

Any news on an update? Still really excited to see where this game goes.
It's in progress! Currently working on the new background:
DADA_classroom - 02.jpg And there are other developments regarding the overall game. Once I'll finish the background - I'll continue to work on the new professor, then polish the Fashion class, and start working on a blowjob scene.

every time i come to this thread, one thing pops in mind:

This game is too ambitious!

It's brilliant in art and theme and it's one of the very few I would gladly replay from the start,
but aims so high to where I dont see it ever done or at least have decent progress without a team behind it.
All in all, Godspeed dev, this has the potential to become legendary.
