On hold tag only applies when developer says they are halting development for a period of time, otherwise abandoned tag applies after a long time of no updates

Holy shit there's hope again. The game was def still getting worked on, but the artist had been busy for a while. As of today it seems like they're back with a new patreon reward, and they're working on the game's art again! Verehrer has also posted a higher quality version of the game's cover in his update reports, nothing large but they're finally breaking the silence!
The artist also streams his work whenever he draws in the discord, and I'm glad to see that theres progress being made again!

Onhold isn't much different from abandoned.
We only have the word to take from it from the dev.
There were other devs that did similar and just abandoned their approach. A good example is ol Scamomancer when he was running MatM. He kept putting out progress reports with visuals, though no game update for it ever dropped for a year during that time, maybe even longer and soon it was abandoned shortly after.
Not saying this dev is doing the same thing, just using that instance as a classic example.
Fact is, been a year. Dev says he is working on stuff. Dev promised he would drop a demo update at a period of time if he didn't make that time including the progress on the old engine or something. I don't remember, it is some page back, I remember reading the memo of it.
Y'all so overly dramatic.
It was stated multiple times before that the artist was busy with life XD

Well the on hold tag will eventually go to abandoned if the dev doesn't come through and its been a long enough time.
So its pretty much "We'll be right back, Maybe" tag lol
