If you check the position of the woman's head on the bed, then check the man's position and how far he is standing in front of the bed. The way how the penis connects to her mouth is physically impossible in 3-dimensional space.
And he appears to be standing on a different plane of the vertical and horizontal axis. Like we're looking at the room with the camera tilted down and to the right, while the man in front stands perfectly straight like in a long shot.
