Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I'm here to talk about what I've been up to lately!
In Wrestling Dynasty, there will be 18 days between the game's current day and the Great Tournament. Each of these days (and beyond the Great Tournament as well, really), will see the MC and his partner Abigail training throughout the Grapple Garage, from stretching and warming up, to strength training, to agility and endurance, and to the ring for grappling and wrestling training.
Considering the MC and Abby are to be training EVERY day, I have put together a training montage that will play (and will be skippable) each day to "simulate" you and Abby's full day of training.
Getting this training montage done was an extremely important milestone because now I don't have to worry about doing any kind of training renders for the next 18+ in game days leading up to the Great Tournament. This means all of my Daz rendering will be towards the individual events that happen on each day! Typically, each day only has one "big" scene, so starting next week, I'll begin work on Chapter 5's first big scene outside of the Grapple Garage (Thursday). As soon as that's done, I'll move on to doing Friday's big scene, and then Saturday's big scene, and then Sunday's big scene, and because I already have all the training stuff done, that would be it in terms of Daz rendering for Chapter 5!
Previously, Chapter 5 was set to be 6 days (Thursday-Tuesday), but I am now separating that to be 4 days instead, with Chapter 5 starting on Thursday and ending on Sunday. Chapter 6 will begin the following Monday now.

On behalf of a bunch of reactionary moral guardians, Mastercard, Visa&co pressured Steam and Itch (smaller indie storefront, also distributes tabletop rpgs, used to be friendly for smaller creators of NSFW tuff ) to remove all games with incest and non-consent (as a first target - the censorious shitbags, morality in media, exodus cry - all of these organisations are very clear thay they want to ban all porn). Itch then tripped over its own dick, repeatedly, de-indexing every adult game, deindexing lots of other games with queer tags, being utterly tonedeaf and just basically fumbling everything they could.
Of course, even if they didn't, the game would still would get kicked off itch because incest is central to the game.
Ever since I fucked up my initial release date and had it pushed back a week, I've stopped giving dates until I'm 99% confident in the date (which is usually a week or so before release). Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I'm here to talk about the current status of Wrestling Dynasty and what I've been working on lately.
I think it's safe to say that Chapter 5's development got away from me a little bit, as I thought I would've had it released by now. Just to be real with you guys, I've had an extremely rough year in my personal life and unfortunately developed quite a bad drinking problem from something that happened all the way back in goddamn February that has certainly affected things (and still is, somehow), and for that I deeply apologize.
Chapter 5 is set to be four days in total: starting on Thursday and ending on Sunday. Currently there's close to 600 renders for Chapter 5 and counting, as that's what I've (still) been doing this whole time since last time we talked: rendering. Daz rendering continues to be the thing that gives me the most trouble and by far takes the most amount of time (as compared to writing or coding).
With that said, I know this may not be popular but I'm going to split Chapter 5 into two parts. "Chapter 5 - Part One" will be just the first day, Thursday. "Chapter 5 - Part Two" will be the remaining 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
The reason I've decided on this is because it's been way too long without a release and so the quickest way to get something into your hands that I'm satisfied with will be doing it this way. Also, I think that after releasing Chapter 5 - Part One, I'll be able to take some of this mounting pressure and stress off and give myself a bit of "buffer" room with Chapter 5 - Part Two so that I'm not desperately rushing the whole thing because of how awful I feel from how long it's been since Update 2 released at the end of March (roughly 7~ months ago!)
With that said, I am 99% confident (not 100% because a paranoid man never knows what could happen) that Chapter 5 - Part One will be released before 2025 is over, probably not November but sometime in December. Then after that (considering all that remains for Chapter 5 - Part Two is just Daz rendering work and then coding, as the script for it is already done, and actually already has some renders for), Part Two *shouldn't* be all that far afterwards, and certainly not another half year (or longer) wait.
