We already had this issue but I wasn't able to reproduce the bug.
Each girl as a 'None' panty, the only way this kind of bug should appear is if the game allowed the player to "steal" the "none" panty, it doesn't make sense but as the "none" panty is a panty.. might be possible somehow.
If you can roll back and go in the review screen on the pc you're albe to see the wardrobe of the girl, is the panties's one empty ?
Is the bug occuring each time ? Is it repeatable ? Can you send me your save file, I'll investigate it ^^

Sadly, importing .ini config files doesn't seems to appeal to the old Android SDK that renpy uses.

I've already thought a fair bit about this (because by making the modpack with Eva Lovia, I found out she has a good amount of pregnant content out there) and I came too the conclusion that whenever Ninoss is ready in future versions to take girls to the next level (As he's mentioned, making them your girlfriend/assistant/slave or whatever). THAT would be a good time to basically have a 2nd level to specific girls with new tags for the exam events (Basically, for example, Eva would have videos for teasing her clit for before and during the pregnancy, along with other available pregnant actions).
I've also thought of another option, that might be more simple for Ninoss to code (IDK, I'm not a coder), wherein if you creampie a girl's pussy, and she stays a certain amount of days, then eventually she'd show up to the exam pregnant.
The timing might be difficult as first time mom's tend to start showing their pregnancy around 12-18 weeks. And I don't think anyone want's to play through 3 months of gameplay just to get the pregnancy content. So we would have to compromise on that (Maybe 1 month of game time after the pussy creampie? idk).

I was just suggesting the modpack because of your comment about "no related scenes with the models". At least with the modpack I put out, that would improve the state of the game regarding that part of your concerns. I had a "none" panty in my panty list when it broke. I was a bit suspicious and went back to sell it, but still broke so I guess it was more about it blocking the girl from choosing no panties then having the none panty in inventory.
