Every actions you do during exam will improve stats even is the girl is not fleeing. But if a girl flees, the specific stats related to the flee "type" like Gdiggers said will have a more significant increase but you might face consequences during PTA (in the next update)

I've tried reworking the stats so naturism is better increased by photoshoot and affection by events.
(still need to finish implementing more events and photoshoot, but it takes a stupid amount of time as I'm a bad writer)

As for the actual version of the game, the way I play is by letting the girls I don't really want to graduate in like a week (U'll see how many time the parents wants you to keep them in the PC menu) as I willprovide prestige + money and reduce upkeep costs.
And try to corrupt and keep as long as possible the girls I need for the 1-2 sponsors I choosed, and recruit new one better suited for them.
Events and branching choices in them (especially for modded girls) are unlocked with some stats threshold so yeah it might be usefull to work on the one you like for that too.

Further update (notably the PTA Update, Personality Update and Graduation Update) will add much more interesting gameplay with all of that, so that's subject to change / be expanded soon

On a side note, the "lore"/context of the game will be reworked for the next or so version as players are confused about why ? how ? of the game which I understand. That will modify some of those mechanics too or as least you will need to be more subtle as the game will have an increased difficulty for "anal day one speedrun any%" kindof gameplay like girls breaking rules, refusing more things, consequences if they permanently flee etc...

Is there a stat that get's boosted if they stay to the end, but DON'T graduate?

Also, for each of your examples is there a good reason to do each of the three, "Embarrass" (Naturalism), "Reduce HP" (Discipline?/Fear?), and "Horny" (Corruption)? For example Corruption opens the "Events" (so that is a reason to do that one). Is there a reason to do the other two? Is there a know way to raise "Affection", and is there a point?

Everything Ninoss said should answer part of it, but I will add that if you can make a girl cum, that helps with corrupting the girl/raising "positive" attributes.

Generally, if you like the girl, you could make the argument that all 3 reasons they leave are good?
Getting them to wear less clothing, be easier to turn on, and more resistant to "abuse" are probably good if you want an easier porn-sim experience in the exam. (Also it makes photoshoot willingness higher, in my experience)

If you're someone who values challenge and balanced reward/punishment gameplay, which I've come to understand is a lot of people on this website , maybe that isn't appealing to everyone? idk.

Well, some of the sounds pretty interesting. I guess here's to hoping for the best, and simply messing around in the current version for now.

Question, why would one want the rule to not wear panties in class? Is it not a fundamental part of the game to steam panties to sell to the sponsors? Am I missing something?

I agree it seems counter intuitive. I would assume having rules "Tier's", and making the high tier's require the lower one's, would make the most sense. Something like, Tier 1 (No Outer, and No Foot stuff (socks and what not)), Tier 2 (No Top, and No Bottom), and then Tier 3 (No Bra). Would make the most sense. Although, I'm not actually a fan of the "No X" rules. I would prefer to see something with increasing tiers for a "Dress Code" type system.

I simple example of a "Dress Code" system (with the current clothing system in mind) could be. Tier 1 No Outer and No Jeans (These are both not really about modesty, but instead about reduced sensitivity), Tier 2 No Footwear and No Bra (This would still have the girls showing up clothed, BUT with only one layer of protection up top, and only one in the way of "Panties" for the sponsors), and Finally Tier 3 No tops and No Bottoms (This is for farming Panties, and getting them naked in one action...one you have all their panties it would also serve as a "Naked" option). This does ignore the "Uniform Rule", BUT you could just make Tier 1 of the "Dress Code" system a prerequisite for the "Uniform Rule" which would stay valid until you had Tier 3 (then they wouldn't be wearing anything but panties).

Of course all of these "Rules" and "Systems" are a little awkward when it comes to bringing in new girls, and expecting them to jump right in. There would likely need to be some reasonable way to ease them into the rules when they are new. Something simple like a check of their "Naturism", and if they would instantly leave they get leeway with the rules, BUT if they would simply show up and slowly gain pressure (and then leave) they still have to follow the rules. AND They get leeway BUT their could be a draw back (like they are eligible to "Punish", with an embarrassing act, that jumps up their "Naturism", and then they continue in class (likely already starting with some "Pressure" from the punishment)).

Anyways, those are just a few thoughts on the way things are, and how they could be improved IMO.

Well, maybe someone who's more interested in easy access to the student's downstairs during exams than providing panties to sell for sponsors, i guess.

Plus, i'm reasonably certain at least a few of those rules are remnants from earlier versions of the game, when sponsors and their demands were yet not a thing.

I'd eliminate the no-bra, no-panty rules entirely. They're kinda silly even for this game. In fact I'd prefer if there were a "panties required" rule that allowed you to do a panty check at the start of the exam. Maybe make a requirement to catch some girls cheating on the exam before you could institute the rules? Say "we found the girls writing the answers on their arms, so short sleeves are required". "We found girls with the answers on their thighs so short skirts required. "We found girls with the answers written on the inside of their school uniform, so now they have to take it in their underwear."

It could even be one of the actions you can take during the exam. If you notice a girl finishing faster than expected you could watch them closely, and then strip them in class to reveal the cheating. Maybe that girl would otherwise have a very high runaway rate when you tried to remove their clothes, so you have to restrain them to check for contraband. And if you're wrong the parents get mad.

You could even implement a punishment system if you find a girl cheating. A good bare bottom spanking in front of the class would set an example.

My "Dress Code" system was just an example. I'm sure there is more then one compelling way of handling things. As for the "Cheating and Punishing" example you gave...Well, let's just say that I think, "Girls breaking rules" is coming in the next release, and I'm sure some punishment system will come at some point as well. Whether these new systems will be what we want, or even good, is yet to be seen. Of course we can always hope for the best.

My V3.5 is out now it adds 5 new models now taking models to 100 intotal. i had to redownload a bunch of model videos because during the conversion process the sound went so all videos now should have sound

The Smart Filter looks nice, Ninoss! Is it working as intended? Let me know if it's giving poor results, or any errors. It should always give the top N results (in this image I'm guessing you set it to 40) from all photoshoots, and display them in descending order of match %. If photos have the same match score I don't know which order they will take, but usually that won't matter much (might just affect the worst few photos shown). Hopefully it's not too slow either, even with hundreds or thousands of photos taken. I tried to make sure it calculated as few values as necessary, but haven't tested how long it takes with a huge photo database.

Also (unrelated), it might be nice if the panty stash kept track of whose panties each one is. A little more personal (and lewd). It could even feed into sponsor requests if you take girls features into account when matching panty requests. Plus, the maximum arousal the girl had before you removed them could affect their desirability: do the sponsors want fresh panties, or do they want panties that are soaking? It's extra effort, obviously, but I think it makes more of a game of stealing panties. Rip them off ASAP, or really get some use out of them first?

I've found that the issue wasn't the algorythm but renpy struggling to show/load the images in the menu, allowing it to use more cache for imgs is significantly reducing freezes, at least the second time you see the same pic.
I've implemented a way simpler version for the "Smart Filter" with some shortcuts to further reduce time, it gets the job done in sub 50ms on my PC with all photos of all vanilla photoshoots unlocked while basically almost not caching anything, so yeah it's fine enought

Concerning the panties, I already have to many things to do on this game tbh ><
Anything related to that will come when I'll rework the clothing system.
