I am really glad you all are adding the WVM FAQ to your signatures and all those who use it for all the questions we get here. Makes me feel like I did something good for the forum/Game. This whole group has helped me get over a fear of using a forum to talk about a game I love and I wanted to give something back by making the FAQ. I only have been here a few months but I feel right at home with you all. Thanks for helping me feel welcomed.

Sex was the big selling point for a lot of things but i'm sure you've noticed the gradual shift in what is and isn't "acceptable" over the past few years.
As much as people sit and mock the "sjw" mindset, it does have it's claws in big business, hollywood, the media, television etc...
As sad as it is to admit, sex is still a big industry but it has diminished. Paypal and Mastercard make their money from families doing home shopping, that's their bread and butter. Connections to anything that tarnishes that family friendly image could potentially lose them money.
Sex will always sell, but extreme fetishes will always be niche and for a big business, easily expendable.

I'm about halfway through my second playthrough now. It's been about 5ish months since I've played the early parts of the game, so it's cool to revisit it and take some of the other paths. so here are some of my thoughts while replaying:

for more than a decade banks and has been trying to distance themselves from porn, they even go as far as not trying to do business with small adult entertainment businesses, yet both Paypal and Matercard has no problems if someone with a gambling adiction spends over $200k in a gambling site in under a week (yes this has happened way more than you think)... apparently in America (don't know about the rest of the world) there was a ruling where a federal judge did order Paypal and Matercard (along with other banks) to stop this practice and its consider discrimination for them to do so (it was only after this only then Patreon allowed adult content on their site, so Patreon didn't open up to adult devs but they was forced to or they would be sued)...Family Friendly is where the money is.....maybe I am getting old, but when did sex stop selling
so what does this has to do with WVM??? well as others pointed out that they don't understand how other adult devs get away with things like rape, incest and underage shit (Games of thrones and lollita or whatever its named) and in WVM you can't hump Azel which is your adoptive mother... idk for sure BUT i gots a theory...
this is my theory...
Adult dev: *makes content like games of thrones*

It's more a case of those that still have content on Patreon havn't been found yet.
Unless Patreon gets reports of that content they won't do anything, they don't actively police it. Anyone that has had content removed has been reported.
They have banned some pretty big names, so far no one has been able to touch them legally.

VISA and Mastercad allows their cards to be used to buy Game Of Thrones copies and merchandise.
While they dont allow their cards to be used to buy other incest content that doesnt provide as much money

ah yeah I am playing the non cheating route this time, there is more build up the other route. but its not so much the sex, Zoe jumps on TGCoLH asap, but Bailey becomes official girlfriend number three after two serious conversations and a bit of teasing or at least that's my thoughts while going through again.
