I facepalm a lot of your posts because they are really stupid, bro. Like, you are arguing with another user (ApexAlex) the point that they explicitly made and repeatedly saying they haven't considered that point. You do make it sound awfully like the one thing you care about in this game is seeing the baseball match, though.
Like, most adult VNs have something that is basically more of a setup for the whole thing, like a country would be for example. Not so much to be the central focus. Yet you seem to want that to get the spotlight...
Or is it that you consider that the game should have been finished by now, with every different plots and subplots closed as well ?
And feel free to facepalm this post as well while you're at it. You seem to get a kick out of facepalming anything I post. And I thrive on that kind of salt.
I don't think the game should be done after 3 years, nor do I think seeing a game is important. I do think that, based on what we've seen of the plot, the basketball games will have some role in the story. And the fact that we are three years in, the last year of which has seen fewer than 600 renders, and we haven't even seen the pre-season exhibition game suggests that the game is basically making no narrative progress.
Sure, lots of games have some narrative device or plot element that is there but its details are secondary to the plot. But, imagine if in a game like Being a DIK, or something, after three years the MC had never gone to a fraternity party.
I don't care that much about the fraternity parties, or the fraternity. But, it is clear that the fraternity is a central part of driving the story forward; things happen at the parties, people are met, interactions occur. If we see nothing involving this central part of the story after three years, it is really reasonable to be skeptical of any forward progression occurring.
