unfortunately yes, some projects manage to survive being unnoticed, well, until they don't.
WVM is way too big (and BD is not the least antagonistic guy around) to risk it.
I know a pretty big game on patreon where a daughter giving oral sex to her actual mother in a threesome with mc. Plus on WVM azel is just her foster mom ffs. On top of that if Azel is a big no no for developer, why does he constantly teasing us with kiss scenes or peek scenes with her and mc? This is just fucking cruel man

Not even step-mother, right? Isn't she's his adoptive mother, so there never was any relation of any kind with her? After his birth mother got into tough circumstances, she asked Azel to take the MC and care for him, right? I don't remember Azel ever actually being married to the MC's birth father.

I think the problem is developer here. I don't think Patreon would ban his game because and adult male character romancing his adoptive mother which she has ZERO blood relations with him. She is not even his fucking stepmother. Also dev constantly teasing sexual content with her like kissing on the lips and mc keeps peeking her breasts and body, should show dev knows patreon has no problem with it. I think at this point developer is just trolling and enjoy blueballing us
I hope he is not keeping her as a some sort of end-ish game reward or something because as much as I would like to pursue her, she is NOT that kind of reward type imho. I would understand maybe Harper but her? Nope nope.

Azel never legally adopted the MC, but the implication is definitely there, especially with how the MC calls her. other projects got slapped for less.

Ah, right. But my main point was that she was never in a relationship with his blood father, so it wouldn't even be step-mother. So I guess "adoptive" mother is the closest she is.
First of all, I would like to say thank you for your efforts for creating this game I have been following for while now and I am definitely invested in the story. I enjoyed almost everything but I have little bits as issues so I will try to mention them while being as respectful as I can be.
Let me say it again I definitely LOVE the game! All I am gonna say will be in the hopes of not letting this game lose or waste its potential. I am gonna put my examples in spoilers so no one would be, well, not spoiled.
My biggest issue is: Repeating Dialogues and thoughts of MC!
My second issue is about the how MC handles or fails to act accordingly to a "certain problem" that he should not waste anytime imo and he definitely needs to address it. I am gonna put this part again in "spoilers" thats why I wasn't clear on my issue here.
This is becoming a very long post so I will try to wrap it.
I am PERFECTLY okay with side contents, character build-ups, getting to know characters, storytellings, and not rushing the content. Take your time thats definitely okay in my book. I am even satisfied with the amount of "little something-something" side of things.
Here is a big but:
I am NOT content with repeating monologues, dialogues, conversation, "x" character thoughts, MC thoughts etc. These become fillers after repeating the same point over and over again. Hell, even I am being a filler here and I am not content with myself neither but I need to get these out of my system.
Please, I beg you, tone down the repeating-filler parts. If not repeating same topics over and over again is making the update smaller, just let it be small. Who cares? I would consume no matter what but I don't want to lose my attention here. Don't interrupt the flow with these please please please.

Overall, great game with huuuuuuge potantial. Some times game itself(not the updates!) feels painfully slow like it needs to pick up the pace but as that feeling is not something I would consider "often-happening", I don't have any problem with it.
I am definitely happy to be part of this journey. I really hope you continue to deliver. No rush on the updates, you do you do when you feel like it.

From a Developer/Patreon relationship view... Patreon views incest as sex between any characters who have shared any type of familial relationship for a significant time, regardless of blood relations.
By their definition, foster children, who are never adopted, and are from not only different parents, but even from completely different races and nationalities, yet find themselves growing up in the same home for multiple years, and start calling each other brother and sister, who then develop a romantic attachment and have sex, constitutes incest.
So, since the MC grew up calling Azel "Mom" she is now Tabbo and in Patreons view fits the deffinition of incest were the MC to sleep with her.
And yes, as Dark Silence said, it does also have much to do with other larger infuences that Patreon is tied to. Patreon --never cared until outside forces began exerting financial pressure on them.

And with the ill will so many people have towards the Dev because of their (the dev's) chronic flakiness, you bet your ass as soon as they tried to code something with Azel, someone would report him, because they don't think he deserves the money he makes.

Pretty much it's because California and New York like to broadcast themselves as extremely openminded while also being extremely prudish in many ways. Patreon and its financial facilitators are pretty much headquartered in these two locations.
