The best part of WVM has became the forums and his excuses. I am still waiting for BD to post using the excuse. Some one broke into his house and stole his computer, but good news everyone he had it all backed up. So it going to be delayed by one week to give him time to restore the backup on another computer. Only to have him post at the end of the week that someone again broke in and his family is now being held hostage to keep him from posting an update. I mean it sounds like something he would post at this point
Sadly though I don't really believe anyone of his followers have been woken yet...
We do not have any insight from his patreon or SS just from Discord and Discord has people who used to be followers on it too

If his progress drops below 50 renders an hour, his house will explode. So he's making so much content, the best content, everyone knows his content is the best, but he just can't upload it because it would slow him down too much.

OEJ what am absolute HERO you are for posting those screenshots man, holy crap. I'm not even gonna try and evaluate them because writing out a wall of text in this forum is pointless, in another 5 minutes there will be another thing from BD/Mac to break-down.
What I am wondering though... it all seems to make perfect sense in Braindrop/Mackenzie's heads. It makes PERFECT sense that 100% of BD's problems are caused by him delaying the update, and now the update is ready-ish but BD won't post it, Mackenzie has it in her hands and still won't post it either - and this MAKES SENSE TO THEM. Literally releasing the update would solve 99% of BD's problems, well maybe not anymore but releasing it on time would have...
So bizare. Like... so so bizare. I still don't get the logic for not releasing the ready-to-go update that everyone has been paying and waiting for, but maybe thats because I'm not mental.
And suddenly mentioning suicide? Wow. I had a girlfriend like that once, would drop the "I'm not going to kill myself, but..." bomb every time we argued and it was all about getting sympathy.
Also that comment from Mackdrop about them struggling with money... LOL

Wonder would he suddenly get his act together and release it if his patreons actually stood up to him and stop their pledges instead of being white knights and enabling him to continue to basically scam people out of their money every month. I am not a patreon of his and wouldnt become 1 as you could tell from early on that he was planning to go this route.. Also who released more updates in the last year or so, Braindrop or Gumdrop? In Braindrops case, he needs to drop it with the sob stories and excuses and live up to his word and just release what ever it is he has and then he should keep quiet and just focus on doing a release every 2 weeks and see can he live up to that for a couple of months. At the moment I doubt he could do that.but but..., they need to tweak it bro. coz his credibility on releases is better than southpark so he should do quality control
there was a time when updates were 130 to 200 renders per 2 weeks. tweaks should come into picture when you are the beacon of credibility.
also., maybe hire a coder, artist and writer and pay them. the amount of money he gets can be easily used to build a team where he does nothing and still maintain credibility/fame. Oh but he cant trust his precious "project" in others hands
its sad that you forgot how you started. using your entire paycheck to buy the models of jamie, shauna and azel. look at the state of affairs now

2 cents: Slap the abandon tag on this thread and lock the thread up tighter than a hooker in chastity. That way, if BD does so happen to show his ugly mug, he will happen to have a surprising shock. Then again, might be worth it.

No need imo, this game will get the abandoned tag when it is officially abandoned via F95's rules. BD is torpedoing this game himself, no need for mods here to add extra fuel to this fire.

Problem is he gained 30 patreons the last 2 days.
His scam is working so more lazy people is gonna try and copy him.
Before he hid the amount he made that was with a little less patreons he made 24k a month he is making bank. And now he does not want to work he found out he can stall people for years.View attachment 2413346
"we havent earned anything" well excuse me, the last update you released was in october, now its 4 months after than. even if we consider the bare minimum he makes is 13000$ a month then it would be 52000$ in 4 months (bare minimum according to his projection and previous graphs) that's more than what most ppl make in a year. you cannot sit here and say you didn't earn anything. and what are you spending on?? assets? electricity?? that which ever dev has to spend while making fraction of the amount??
The human making this game is perfectly capable of hiring more humans. the ppl who are giving money are also humans, we are not robots printing money from thin air.
"He isnt asking for forgiveness" Asking for forgiveness is precisely what he should be doing. and how much longer ppl have to wait??
as for the pledges, its not about pausing or resuming. its about the lack of accountability thats the issue here. you cant always hide behind "mental health" or "IRL stuff" like family and send your huggers and bouncers to do the damage control, whiteknight or ban ppl for questioning you.
P.S: sorry for going on a rant here. this is the first time im like this on the forum, but this is just hard for me to see this game/ thread being mistreated and dragged around in the mud by BD and his ilk. P.P.S: so the update release is in Mac's hand but BD is still fixing the render?? so Mac can potentially release the update without the fixes but she wont and let BD update the fixes??? so whats the point of Mac having the update "in her hand"?? explain that logic... as i said before "the illusion of control"
funny part is he stoped posting updates when the mc got attacked and was hurt. people called him out on it then he released an update with the mc having headaces/ptsd from the attack. now all we get are sob storys as if he sees himself as the mc
