If my gf would say "We are really close to sex and it can happen tonight but you must spend this night with your mother" I would question her sanity right on the spot. Why text writer so keen on coupling MC and his adoptive mother at all? With almost any other girls and women MC have a choice (sometimes strange like "MC doesn't want to have sex with older women means MC is loyal to his gf and will totally reject blonde hottie of his age" but let it slide), but with his adoptive mother... honestly, it's like watching Mexican soap opera, it feels out of place and unreal. And yes, there's no such effect with any other girl, only this feeling like you are reading some crossover of porn movie screenplay and good VN.
Renders. They are wonderful. Girls are not perfect, they are like real girls, women has their age (and they don't look like MC's sisters). But. MC's giant schlong about half a meter long.
