Everyone points to Stacy because of the overlap in the first dream with her and the replacement model in the second, but I'm more than sure it's nothing more than a guy's glitches. If I correctly understood the last dream in 5 day (but I still will specify tomorrow when I will pass this moment), we may not have a sister at all

Looking at the sister pictures and comparing to the girls. Assuming the sister images MC sees are accurate.
MC's sees Stacy, but she isn't a match to the others. Similar hair, but her eyebrows are different and she has way more freckles.
Ruby is a closer match. Similar hair, but her boobs are a lot bigger (potentially grew, obviously) and her eyebrows and eyes are different. She has wider eyes while they have more narrow ones.
Alexis, who we've only had 1 interaction with is actually pretty similar. A similar nose, similar narrow eyes and her eyebrows somewhat similar. Wrong hair color though but hers could be dyed. Similar lips too (notice the cupids bow)
Zoe has some similarities, but her eyebrows are too light and her eyes and lips are different. She is closer than most of them though.
Pizzia girl is completely different.
Bailey has some similarities, but her eyebrows are different and her eyes are more open.
