I'm sure once ep 14 ever gets released, probably dec, he's gonna take a very long break, mental breakdown will be the excuse, and his discord will blame F95 for it, garnering much sympathy and still paying in hopes he will have a good vacation and return in tiptop shape for ep 15 in 2026.

It might actually be a three-way relationship! Seeing as how Lee and Mackey try heavily to defend and keep Damien on the team to MC in the locker-room without explain the reason why they doing it but...it's paint an easy scene to why. Thanks.

If the MC wasn't such a pussy who tries to make everyone happy, the Lee/Damien incident could have been brought up with Mackey during the "Damien back on the team" discussion, then it could've been explained better (but coherent stories aren't really the Dev's style)

These guys are some of the most obsessed, parasocial weirdos I've ever seen. Image worshiping the developer of a porn game who has been scamming you for years. I fail to understand how these people think this is anything but a scam at this point. The only reason Braindrop is pausing is to garner sympathy so that when he unpauses next month with the excuse of "needing" money, his loyal supporters will actually thank him for unpausing.
"I hope you realize that we still love and care for you we just need you to realize you don't need to overthink yourself" is actually such a weird and creepy thing to say.

I remember when BD said that this was going to be a 5year development and by the 5th year it should be done.
We passed the 5th year a while back.. and in those 5 years he took a 2 year break while taking money
and making excuses. and during that time he disappeared from here when people confronted him about it and made

It's cognitive disonance and actually pretty common in scam victims. Admitting that BD is a liar and a scammer would basically be admitting that they've been dumb enough to be scammed for the last few years which can be incredibly hard for some people so they just refuse to believe it.
I think some of them are also scared that BD is even less likely to release something because people call him out on his bullshit so they coddle him in the hopes that they get at least something.
