Wasn't it NutDrop who said that he had the rest of the last update already finished and that all he had to do is tweak 1 scene. So his issue with Ep13 release was errors while compiling, so much so that he needed help troubleshooting. He then decided that because the release date already passed 2 weeks ago he would stay offline and focus on Ep14 instead of getting the fixes done.

I'd put money that Ep13 still isn't fully rendered and exactly 0% of Ep14 is done.
