BAD idea since the fact that her hiring was at Ryker's instigation would serve to further undermine her confidence. Once they've won a few games, sure, go for it because she'd now know that the team's losses were not down to her.
Harper going against Ryker could probably help keep her on for another season as coach though, since I don't think the Board of Regents would be super cool with some of his antics.

Harper going against Ryker who knows her daughter has a thing going with the MC and she's a bit closer than coach and player....
She'd be out of a job so fast and probably never get a job coaching again.
There are maybe 3 people that can get rid of Ryker and only 2 of them are members of that college, those are the MC and Rykers sister if MC has her on side. The other is Rach but i'm guessing her side of things is being kept as a big "oh shit" button if anything serious happens.
Harper is treading thin ice as it is, she's in no position to take on Ryker.
She hasn't won a game so even if she went over Charles head to the board they wouldn't back her, she hasn't done anything for them to want to keep her. It would take more than winning a few games, they would need to go the whole distance.
Plus Harper has her own shit to worry about what with Nat almost being kidnapped.
The only shot Harper would have is if she had solid proof Ryker had done something worthy of being kicked out for and she has nothing. It's her word against his and she's on shaky ground while he has plenty of backup in good standing with the board.
This reminds me of those that thought Charles would try and blackmail the MC ... some people don't look beyond small theories. Think bigger.
Charles could never blackmail the MC, it's a sex tape, for a college kid that has sex. No one would give a fuck. Why he had a copy of a student fucking on tape in his office would be the only question and would have led to him losing his job and being unhirable in any teaching position.
Harper going against Ryker when she's almost out of the door with a shit track record and no proof of wrongdoing beyond word of mouth (which doesn't mean shit) is career suicide.
I know it's a "porn game" before someone throws that at me but Brain does think this shit through.

It's a great game with good models but I really don't like the MC and his personality. The guy thinks is naruto and wants to help everyone. Otherwise It's good

I actually really like that the MC for once isn't an idiot or border line/actual rapist. He is just a good guy who wants to help people out and put his dick in every woman out there. There are plenty of games with assholes for MC so having a not shit human being as the MC is refreshing.

Yeah I get what you're saying and I agree with you. It's just what I'm feeling. Like there's so many girls around him and everytime It's "Oh I have to call X, I have to help Y, I'm here for you Z". The guy is the Anti-Henry VIII, full of women but also full of kindness. Kindness is good but too much kindness is boring to my opinion. But I still like this game
