This is part of the "rework" problem. Stuff for the first 30something days is from the old continuity. Season 2 is supposed to be after the Season 1 rework (that still hasn't happened) so there is a lot of continuity fuckery. For instance, you meet Rachael for the first time at the start of Season 1, but in Season 2 it's mentioned that she and the MC have known each other since he was a child.
The latter.
Missing clumps of content that he previously claimed were complete and then not delivering them for months despite saying they'd be included "ASAP" is one of his recurring behaviors.

Yesterday I started another game, which takes place in space, inside a spaceship, in the final years of a 12-year journey to another planet... the year is 2199 (or something close to that)... and they are waiting for E14 of WVM too...answer to all questions: they will all be dust by the time the next update comes around
(irony, for those who didn't get it)
How do you "rework" the first part without breaking everyone's saves? Aren't we so far past reasonable story or cohesiveness that we just need to get back to harem central and improving our GBPD (girls banged per day)?
I've been looking at the code behind a few games to learn ren'py. I don't see how you could do anything worth bothering with as far as rework that doesn't break all saves. Just shipping these chunked parts of episode 13 like BD has is responsible for breaking saves if you don't save exactly where he says too. And comically, some of those "save here" messages have been left in even after they aren't needed, I suspect to prevent updates from breaking other saves.

You dont. BD expects everyone to replay the entire thing, and to his credit, 90% of the people still playing in this mythical timeline where we actually get the rework would do so.

Don't be sorry. Love that song. Heard it on the radio the other day. Brought back memories of my Mom singing along to it while driving me and my sisters to school back in 70's.

I suspect he'll unpause for the first of march. Not sure what the sob story will be, but he'll have something. Likely with a promise of a release in the following days, and offers of refunds (which most won't take him up on)
basicly i think this not the planned story at all. im sure there had more dark- dramatic events like "club forced sexs, slaves, blackmails" like events but bd feared the reactions and smooth- soften the story.
riley, ryker twist its suits and was nice but azel, wendy, valerie, katie they shouldn't have known at all.
