Actually there are 54 girls in the game. Though of course some of them are very minor so far and may not go on to be love interests, if the idea that 'all girls will be love interests' only applies to girls that the MC actually knows.

And you didn't have to say stupid shit. I actually miscounted, there are 53 girls in the game, not 54; my old list counted 'Sister' as a separate character as I hadn't updated that part of it since we found out who she was.
When you think about it though, 54 love interests is a huge number. I didn't deliberately excluide the cheerleaders it's just I lost the character sheet and could only count day 6 which had 34! women.

I assume it will do with the "family" being teased again. He has openly teased and on HERE of all places that there would one day perhaps be a modder (not him... officially he is openly against sexy "family" content to be onside with Patreon) which would fill in the content that the games story itself and several of its characters have been pushing almost since the start. Its kinda inevitable, just dont elude to it being Braindrop despite being a 100% carbon copy of his style of work to an uncanny degree. I don't think there will be a Damien redemption arc, at least from the MC's perspective since the MC already said he won't fully forgive him and said to just talk to Belle for help with his mom.
I suspect we might see Damien again after day 9, but somewhat subdued and regretful, and not for at least another week or two into the storyline, perhaps even a few months or a year. Redemption is unlikely, but due to MC's kind nature, I suspect MC might find a way to guide Damien to a better path somewhere down the road, but they will still not be friends or anywhere close.
