If you think that code means shauna trans is a canon, I have no idea why people waste their time with you honestly...

Anyways at my initial comment I said 'if there is a canon choice' but the thing is that there is no canon choice on it. Both routes are valid have different dialogues especially at season 2. Pretty sure I've heard that BD will rework the story of female shauna at season 1 somewhere. If he won't it's still not a problem for me since lots of things changed extremely in season 2 anyways

Like I said in my earlier comment some pages back, I don't think either trans or female Shauna is canon per se, but it is quite obvious that the trans path was the original and the only path when the game was first conceived. I more so pointed this out, cause some people seem to think the trans path was the one that was added on later to appease some people, when it was actually the other way around.

I personally play the female Shauna path, for a few reasons, one being I love female best friend games where they're a love interest who become your girlfriend. Another reason being because making Shauna trans makes certain other characters trans by default later on. (So for those reasons I don't play the trans path, nothing against it though.)

I pretty sure Daliah is MC aunt. Wendy let it nealy slip that she has a sister. She stayed in her cellar after leaving her daughter behind.
I am not sure but did the story of the crash change in the new update? As far as I can remember the father hit another car and all but the MC and one girl survived. Now the father hit a truck and all people who died are in one car. My suggerst so far was that MC dad killed Rikers parents and that the reason why he hates the MC so much.

IMO the Shauna trans/female debate wether trans or female is cannon. I think both are cannon. It's just a choice of what you prefer. If you want the trans Shauna then that's the cannon or if you wanted the female Shauna then that's the cannon. And talking bout well it was set to default for trans, That doesn't mean anything, it had to be set to something so what it was written first? Also to prove both are cannon is SHE has TITS. If you remember she comes from a poor family so she would not be able to pay for a boob job. So BD made her with the option from the get go wether she is Trans or Female. Knowing if he didn't not many people would play with a Main Li as a trans.

This. The default is Trans = canon choice is the dumbest hot take shit i've heard on the site and i've seen some dumb shit written here i'll tell you. These numpties must play Mass Effect, see the male character is the default and decide there and then femshep is somehow not canon to the story should you choose that...

Sorry, but that's imo bullshit. Most games even defaults ALL variables to "False" at the beginning to prevent game braking issues. And you set them accordingly to your choices in the game later on.

It does not even matter what was the original intent or plan , those do change . Ultimately if there is a choice over this , both are canon . The game got tons of issues , like too many underused and under-developed characters , and mostly atrociously saccharine dialogue whenever MC is around them ...but the choice over Shauna ain't really one . Both paths work out fine , with ultimately the same confidence and intimacy issue for both versions , albeit for different reasons

I cant articulate why but there is just something very off about this game, especially with the dialogue/how they talk..
I mean i have played harem games before, some very airhead-basic JP vn ones too, but for some reason this one really irks me out. Maybe its the 'fastness' of it all, nothing has really happened of it all but there is something off.
Oh the rainbow girls being just colours and they dont even share their names but have businesses/work and want to collab...
Also this entire rich-girl thing on the yacht was the weirdest of it all..

Honestly I only really like Zoe and Bailey here (her friend), thats it really.
I wish i could skip past all the Azel/wendy(who just looks like Azel's younger form/petite form) and Cedey's content(the brubru nickname *screech noises*) , oh and Rachael too(atleast you can somewhat).
Maybe the name 'brain drop' was the real clue all along.

I want to start off this report with a thanks. Thank you so much for all of the positive feedback on this latest update and once again I want to apologize for taking as long as I did on it.
Pledges have been paused for the previous two months due to me being unhappy with how I communicated the delays but I have and am continuing to work as usual.

I do not currently have a release estimate for Episode 13 but work on it has been ongoing for a while and I have all of the scenes set up already so it should be a much smoother process than Episode 12 was.
Beginning with Episode 13, I will be sending the update to a few play testers before release and I do not plan on setting any release dates until the update is packaged and sent to the testers.

There is another change planned, the "Update-Only" version of the game is in need of a reset as the file has grown too large since it has included Day 32 and everything after.
So, Episode 13 will now be where the update only version resets to. So you'll need up to Episode 12 installed in order to use the update only option going forward.
I will likely "reset" it every couple of episodes or so from now on to keep the file size down.

Side content is not a huge focus of mine at the moment as I want to get Episode 13 out as soon as possible but the Season 1 report will be posted hopefully sometime late this week / early next week.
While side content is not a focus, I do intend to work on it during any downtime I have and will be releasing stuff as I can but on no set schedule.
