When this game was first started incest with the mother and sister was planned, patreon got strict on incest and started banning devs so the plans changed and an 'evil dev mod' was teased but then patreon got more strict and it was said the incest was cancelled totally after that pretty much.
the true guys is dont care about 40 or even 100 lis ,my problem is bd bullshitting everyone,many other games had or have many lis ,not all of them [i must say i think not any of them]come to the finished line ,maybe dont remember well ,but still,now it will be so difficult for bd to cut off lis bcs well ppl are already invested on many of them so if im a supporter and i want harper or willabe or azel to be my number one ,what will happend if this goes to any poll and willabe for example is cutting off> this will undermine any kind of future support from anyone,and ppl like myself will go rampage .....so no i think is extreme so many characters but at this point is the only thing bd knows will come with more money ,so bucked up guys this guys is taking us for the full monty and much more.....

No it was a bait an switch tactic he hyped up incest and made it seem like it ws coming but then pulled the "you are all idoits for thinking this game was ever going to have incest my family play this so no"
he just used the lure of incest to get the crowd, now hes been back peddle every since because the incest crowd is annoyed/pissed
just look how many game on patreon have incest without any problems, he never intented incest at all that was just a "lure"

I don't understand why these DEVS make these baits, there is another game that starts with Inter-****** In both games the MC kisses his mother, sleeps with her, but they both say there will be no incest so why do they include this interaction?

Personally it reminds me of exactly how the Dual Family Dev did things.... even the same derision to their customers, followed by ghosting everyone.

To be fair, when you're on Patreon it's not the smartest move to tell strangers online that you're going to break their rules.
I think the smarter approach is to strongly deny everywhere and to everyone that your game is about incest or that it will be part of it and then just release a patch anonymously, you could even fake being mad about the patch too, lol. Or, simply use something else than Patreon and create whatever you want to without having to worry about anything.
There's a certain dev, which I won't name for obvious reasons, that's been around for a long time that does something like that, to the point that some of his Patreon supporters are convinced his games have nothing to do with incest.
Of course, one of the problems with Braindrop is that he never hid the relationship between the characters so patching in incest would be a lot more suspicious and time-consuming because it would need to add actual renders of scenes with those characters. Another thing is that nowadays it seems like he's lost interest in the game and just sporadically updates it so he doesn't lose supporters so he's not going to put his cash cow in jeopardy for very little possible gain.

Not buying it really .Even then he could have toned down the undertones in interactions with Azel and Cedey . those are weirder than even in games featuring incest lol . Hell even with the real mother , when the decision to not feature incest was already in effect . Imo he wanted to avoid those patreon issues sure , but while still baiting hard , the unaware incest fans . Not to mention fanning the flames for those hoping for a patch or change of heart
Maybe I'm giving him too much credit, but I think that incest was definitely planned in the beginning, not just bait. He has certainly been bainting it for years now, after he confirmed it wouldn't happen, so he's not innocent of this. But I think that if Patreon hadn't cracked down on incest, it would've already been included by now.
I still laugh my ass off every time I remember that this dumbass actually said that his family play his porn game.
Might be time to just quit. Take a step away from the porn game drama. Find something less stressful. Not even kidding. I've noticed you've "joked" about violence against other devs, so it's not just BD's drama getting to you.

I am guessing it depends how popular they are and how much sever space they have but it would just be the owners deciding what they want the limit to be before they want people to buy the upgraded version. Best option is to just use a VPN and when you hit the limit pick a diff node and refresh the download page and it will let you continue

The Azel thing never even really made sense to me, like hes adopted and they not even related......
