Yeah I'm assuming they meant other games and not this one. Don't know anyone that would think 900 renders (combining both) is a hefty update after a year.

As far as update schedules go. I could care less if they take a week, a month, or a year. As long as when I play the update I feel that the amount of content is inline with the time it took. That hasn't been the case here for a long time.

Yeah, I don't mind the yearly updates since they feel hefty for the most part. DPC also has way more branching/pathing to render and code as well as mini games and crap like that. BD's thing is just having 27 different LI... but you usually only see once or twice then vanish for 14 updates. It's a mess.

The story is getting to Dark and heavy to my taste. This wasnt how this game was supposed to be, i dont know why the Dev decided to do this 180 degree turn but i dont like it

The one game that comes to might that sort of has the harem enabler thing is Strong Desire. It was recently updated as well. The other one that I think has harem enabler elements is Long Road Home. Both good games

Although I understand your comment, I believe that the game has been taking this dark direction for a long time (the problem is that by waiting for so many updates, we've lost track of the real size of the story at the moment). If you stop to think about it, only the beginning of the game was really light, since that alley in the first game, he has always been deepening this pothole. But it's not like this is something new, he's just explaining the lore, things that had already happened a long time ago. I believe that when this whole explanation is over, the game will go back to being more like it was. Otherwise, maybe I'll start to worry, like you.

Exactly, MCs dad was always an asshole and MC was always a victim of kidnapping, just because we're seeing the details now doesnt mean they werent always present.

This game has gone so off the rails that even trying to play the game from any point gives me a massive headache from how idiotic Braindead has made this game. At this point there's no actual story other than either a click to fuck game and a half assed story that can be easily torn apart by mini scissors with how dumb the whole stuff is.

What next, we come back from the "vacation" to find all of the students have turned from being braindead to literal zombies and Basketball is a forgotten sport?

The alley stuff wasnt as dark and could be justified as plot. But this whole drugs, abuse, violent past goes a bit too much past my confort zone

And yeah, i hope it just belongs to the flashbacks and ends there, even when the flashbacks have been quite long already. Hopefully the game goes back to what we loved and what made it big in the first place

There are things in MC's life that people knew about but never told him like for 1 he was in the car accident that killed his dad and many others , mc had a right to know that, also the fact that Wendy came and visit him is something that Azel should have told him but nope...and one thing that BD has not explained is why on earth do we rename the mc if his name when there is a basketball game is renamed to Moncree?
