same model, different lighting. Maybe some post processing that he forgot to add into the bottom one. Look like some specular lighting is missing but the actual model is the same.

soon. So you can replay or play for the first time a great game, and do ALL the quests , take around (according to Google 180 hours) then come baxk to see if he dropped a 10 minute game play update.

Personally, I think Oblivion is the best Elder Scrolls game. I put thousands of hours on it on my Xbox360 and hundreds more on PC and with the remaster, likely hundreds more...
All before the flight home I reckon.
