The only thing speculative about that is the "sisters" he could have male siblings but I'm pretty sure I remember Daliah outright telling him he has a bunch of siblings and not to worry none are at his college other than cedar.

Daliah did said that he has some half sister, but Considering that BD have written at least one female character that could not get pregnant , I don't really know if those half sister are indeed his half sisters...
