That sounds like you cleansed impurity while exposed. You can't change clothes state with less than max impurity so you need to build it back up to fix it. There are several events that still work while naked, Fearful Matthew, Dennis, Anxious Sherlaw, Church Thugs, Arena Thugs, etc, that you can use to build impurity back up. If you're in the last disheveled stage, talking to Madam Echo while not pregnant will also fix it.

Stupid question I can't get the 2nd inspection while pregnant, but I've already seen all the normal inspection scenes, is this a bug?
Also did the church scene while pregnant but the gallery didn't update is that normal?

1. There's a bug where you need to do the suspicious dean birth event to see the 2nd inspection preg. Will be fixed in this next update.

There's also a bug that spawn you out of map(I don't know if this has been reported or not) it the guy with a hole in his house, when you complete his request and walk out of the door you will be spawned out of map
And I think its a bug too, I encountered that bug after an event, forgot which one and I was with Aisha, and W didn't work after that

gallery has a bug where the masturbation birth was already viewable when I entered the gallery to check if I patched correctly.
EDIT: casino birth doesn't update as well after seeing it. repeated this 3x to make sure.

Madam echo birth scene has an extra pair of eyes out of place, dunno if it is because I transferred my old save though

The Kagura Games translation and this mod translation are different.
This mod used the fan-made translation, which is really good, made long ago.
(The mod ver1.062 also uses the fan-made one, it was made by Borkenone and it is basically incorporated in this mod)
If you want to enjoy the vanilla experience, in a first playthrough, I would go for Kagura one.
But if you enjoy impregnation and or pregnancy content, I would just go for this mod.
Also, if you play the vanilla game, and enjoy the two fetishes mentioned above, you'll understand why this mod were made to begin with...
Thanks for the reports. The masturbation birth bug is savefile specific and can't be fixed, the other cg room bugs have been fixed though. However, I'm not seeing the extra eyes during the echo birth. Can you send me a screenshot of it?
