This seems like a bug, you should be able to get out if you got in while pregnant.
Try to force Liz to give birth by walking until the mysterious figure teleports her to madam echo.
You need to complete Cossack quests so Liz enjoys giving birth.

iirc you need to wear the default outfit and visit a house in the upper left corner of the Upper Stratum
If you haven't unlocked those events at all then not being pregnant might be a requirement too idk
You visit a house on the leftmost area of the Lower Stratum in which there's a naked woman
For milking quest you talk to a cow next to the girl at the farm
As for the rest idk try looking for clues in the scene recollection

and I didn't see anyone in the house at all

yea it's this one. I guess you need high impurity for thatAs for the cow I guess you also need high purity + pregnant (otherwise where milk)

How do you get to the noble section? I have the gold permit but doesn't see any new area that you can explore, can anyone help?
The gold area is at the very top of the tower; you need to complete the upper levels of the dungeon to get to it.
I did reaching floor 19 but was unable to find the "stair" to the next level, maybe it's just my dumbass missing it but does "completing" it means defeating every monster encountered?
