Then how do i get the outfits? i've been running around in circles trying to find them
The outfits are usually rewards for completing a particular subplot. For example, you can get the bunny girl costume by doing the casino events. The only exception I can think of is the martial artist outfit, which you get from one of the sellers in the lower town after completing their item request chain.

if you want make it simply. just go to collection room and input the passcode "9000" to the treasure box in corner before to next room. in there box you will get dev tool, all costume dan change money you have.

i've never played the original game, but I'm just curious. How accurate is the breeding mod version to the original game? Is it the same storyline with just pregnancy or is their a tweak in the story as well?
It directly adds to the original game with new content. The files provided is the game and the mod.
I see, so buying and playing the original would be the same as playing the mod, correct?
