There was, with a whistle necklace even, I didn't include it in the pack because I didn't like how it turned out.

I'm not sure but i don't think you can unlock everything in one run, one of the reasons in my opinion is that it is not humanly possible to unlock the swimsuit and the cosplay in the same run, not to mention other scenes to unlock that take time to do.
I was referring more to the scene, if you add it in the mod we can choose if Rinko enters the pool naked or with the suit or if she takes out the suit while she is in the pool
