there are two books you can buy. The first one makes u skip days and jump to one possible ending. The book for the recollection room appeared in New Game+ for me!

you get money every week from the teacher job + bonus dependent on how good you was. You can also give the shota tutoring which gives u 6k per session. possibly other ways but these are what I found out till now.
How does one get that second date with the tutor student? Google makes it vague or nonsensical.
