You need Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 x86 (32 bit). x64 (64 Bit) doesn't work

In that case, yeah, get EVERY C++, including the 32 bits ones.

WAIT, where are the 2005 and 2008 32 bits redistributables?! I only see x64 on those two according to your screen!

You are missing exactly the one that is causing the problem Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 x86. You only have x64
Try adding these lines to it please, save the file then relaunch the game.

FullScreen=0
[Window]
WindowLeft=317
WindowTop=165
WindowWidth=1280
WindowHeight=720
You copied that from my screen! You had 2 X64 2008 on the screen you posted.

I used the one that came with Yamizone Revenger, their automatic installer is broken but it includes vcredist_x86.exe which works if you manually open it and not through the installer
