Either go to ironfort to save Lina the pyromancer or to the pleasure domes to get Mayhem. Both are accessed through the central ruins.
Did some leg work, here's full list of skills, some found, some extracted from enemy files. Please note,a lot of these skills aren't obtainable through normal gameplay, so they may not work. Some of them aren't equipable, but so far everything seems to be working, there's even an explanation what the skill does.

The current update is pretty nice I like how big the building is compared to how cramped the jail felt camera wise. i wonder what other outfits will be adedd I honestly wish there was a version of Gymnasts Pantyhose like the stockings, it's be nice to have for my character lol.

Does know anyone which data file contain the data for buffs and debuffs? I would like to tweak some stuff like the duration of some debuffs.
I'm pretty sure it's in the main file, you would need to decompile the game to get to them.

1. defeat enemies through sex. corsairs happen to be a good source
2 ability, cause that happens when both you and enemy have their pleasurebar filled
3. ability, cause that happens when the enemy use the dominate skill

...and fairy forest. That's all out of what is referenced in quests.
Entrance of Ravenwood manor on a far side, you can see it from pleasure den. If entrance is blocked, you have to finish other quests.
