Wow, when literally every. single. one. of your exes are complete dogshit. But for some reason you keep them around and go back to them?
Wut.
1) Promises to be together always, wait for each other etc etc. Gives up, gets with black dude she doesn't really care for and knows he cheats on her left right and centre. For some reason she needed to be with the guy in order to move back to her hometown to find the MC?? What? Okay, but she arrives then just has to stay with him because? - The best part is she says she had only been with him a couple of months by this point, but she couldn't just wait those 1-2 months and move by herself because..?
Decides that instead of breaking up with him and just saying "No, there is no-one else I just don't want to be together anymore." Figures the best path forward is to stay with him, but cheat on him with the MC.
Gets given an ultimatum "Him or me, either break up with him or we're done." - Naturally, because she's so in love with the MC and doesn't want to be with her boyfriend she decides to marry the cheating boyfriend who she doesn't want to be with.
2) Text saying terrible thing has happened followed by ghosting him for years, until she's ready to not ghost, then shows up at college introducing herself as his girlfriend. Doesn't follow through with it, goes back to ghosting.
3) Together for years, so happy and in love that they just unilaterally decide to leave the country without telling MC anything other than "I need to go." To be fair she did text him sporadically until she just couldn't anymore, because she was so busy with work that she had zero time to send a message. Absolutely none, didn't have any time where she had to wait - like on the train, or in a car, or waiting for internet girl to do something, or right before sleeping, or waiting for her dinner to cook, or literally any time ever. She even had to miss a meal every now and then she was so busy!
Shows back up after a year of no contact expecting everything to be fine. Now she can tell the MC the real reason: Her dad told her to come home. Her big scary father that no home defense weapon could ever bring down. Her big scary influential father who is a big deal in... Korea? That's a little ways away though..
She couldn't bring it up that she was being pressured? Make a decision together with your partner of x years? She couldn't get a fucking gun and some training?

The MC meanwhile, is happy as larry, aside from the few sentences worth of moments where he's angry in an angsty pre-teen kinda way. It's either completely happy let's go have fun yay or woe-is-me the world is painting my toenails black - never a "This specific thing is bullshit and I find your actions disgusting and hurtful" kinda way.
God damn there's some garbage love interests in here, #1 takes the cake though, Holy. Fuck. on that one. Seriously -7/10 wouldn't use my own penis to pee on her never mind stick it in her.

for me #3 is the worst. #1 I can give a another chance to if Michelle , Julia , Olivia , Alessa and Kimberly weren't options. I don't recall who #2 is might need to replay the game
#2 is the 4th one you named there. She was by far the better choice out of those three exes, still, ghosting your partner isn't exactly a great thing - it's just not as bad as those other two.
Yeah I quite like Michelle, Julia and Olivia. Kimmy is alright too, I'm mostly expecting that she didn't actually walk off as soon as she realized what that 'studio' was, though - there's a bit of foreshadowing there with the whole "as long as you don't embarrass the family" talk with her sister about her father supporting her. Michelle and Julia have the obvious drama on the horizon - the new workmates and the ex respectively. Olivia seems decent I just feel like we haven't seen quite how broken she is yet.

Candance & Riley are worthy too imo.I'm pretty much banking on Michelle at this point, yeah. I like Candace, but I have some suspicions about that one. Riley, we don't have any interaction with besides the "That's what she said" joke, right?

Yeah, pretty much. There's more coming, but for now, I'm basing my whole opinion of her on how she looks.

I guess this game too has moved to the list of 1-2 updates a year. Gonna have to say that I was expecting this to happen as it only has 3 chapters out in over 2 years.

and this game is one of the greats it's definitely worth waiting for as long as it takes

I do know the game is good and will be in future too but I also know just like when it comes to Badik or SG they are decades away from completing.....bcuz their devs are too narcissistic to hire a team. hell most of us probably won't even be around to play its end.
It would suck if it goes the same path.
Even one of the games in your sign (TDF). it hasn't progressed shit in years and over a year has gone by it's steam release but nothing. I am not saying YC will go down the same path ..... hopefully it won't.

I understand the concern and that people like to compare games and developers from time to time. However, one thing you need to realize is that I don't have thousands of people supporting me every month, allowing me to hire a team like big developers do. I can only go so far and do what I can with the limited time I have.
The overhaul update is coming very soon and with it the Steam release (hopefully). After that, I will dedicate 100% of the time to Chapter 4's development, release it as soon as it's ready, and stick to the schedule I planned and shared in the roadmap.
I'm not abandoning this project, nor am I stalling—but there's only so much I can do with $500 a month. I need to eat too...
