Is that just for looking at on the side or is it "part of the game"? If it's part of the game where do I drop it?

This scene is supposed to be Zeke commenting on the news about the Titatic lady passing away, then Keyla receives a message on her phone.
I introduced someone to YC recently and they got to that section of scenes and asked me about it. I knew the Cynthia part was bugged and fixed, I didn't know it also affected the Zeke/Keyla stuff around it.
