Yiff.party is down or gone?

The data server is performant. All links using it are working, to my knowledge.
The problem is with the main site.

Any additional subdomains would also be worth testing.
(eg. in data.yiff.party, "data" is one subdomain)

Not working on my end, even with Microsoft Downloader, all I get is errors. Either the server isn't able to cope with the load it's being put under or Yiff.party is actually dead.

A link retrieved without context. Pulled directly from the data subdomain.

This is using the San Jose Cloudflare cluster. Perhaps the issue is with your connection to cloudflare.

Cloudfare isn't the problem for me. I've tried Cloudfare Chicago, Dallas, and Ashburn are only yielding me Error 522s even on data.yiff. And the link you provided only goes to an error 404.

Try this tool.

Otherwise, you are getting different results than both cloudflare and me.
I'm afraid I don't know what issue you are having.

I can access direct data links just fine, but without the main page I can't actually get to any of the stuff I want to back up.

The mp3 file you linked is working on my phone through Verizon, but not on my computer with normal Wi-Fi or with NordVPN. I have no idea what's going on anymore.

wayback machine detected a change in the site about 3 hours ago, but it just shows an empty white page

Wayback archive only stores superficial copies of the page.
Much of the contextual workings of the front page are lost as wayback would not have access to nor the capacity to facilitate database functions, which are most likely only available server-side at yiff.party.

Layman terms,
Wayback cannot access yiff.party's artist-profile/post database. Only a front-end copy is stored.

Hopefully an alternative to yiff.party emerges soon, now I feel devastated. It was so common for me to visit that site and find new things from time to time. I uploaded so many things there too, trusting that I could see them whenever I wanted. And now, all for nothing. As the saying goes, you don't know what you have until you lose it.

How do I run this script?

I open bash then I try

sh yiffdl.sh

and I get this error

: not found3:
yiffdl.sh: 9: Syntax error: redirection unexpected

how am I supposed to run this script?

This script queries 'yiff.party' as is and should be the primary domain.
The primary domain is defunct. :\
