It has both monster girls, and "normal" monsters (horny plants, gnolls, etc). Monster girls all serve as bosses, and later move to your "base".

Why does the minotaur have a horse dick in the preview images, but ingame have a human dick? Was there a image rework at some point and the previews were never updated, or am I missing some option to swap them?

The first boss and the ogre scenes went missing from the gallery :(
(they can be initiated in the game, so they probably didn't get nuked by the "new world trends")

It's my first time playing this game, so I didn't know about this. I checked the game files, and clearly ogre files are there. But something is wrong with the fairy files, there are here but have the wrong file size. Each image is usually 1MB (maybe too much but that's the way it seems) but the fairy files are not that, so maybe there is a bug on this part. Are you sure we can trigger the fairy scenes normally?

I have the same problem, gallery was already unlocked. Not that I mind, but with the missing fairy/ogre it was leading to believe that you had everything.

You are right, fairy scenes doesn't start in the newer version either.

I completed this game 4 years ago and played again. This game never allows me to get 100% completion even I finished all puzzles and acquired all items. It's hateful to have 96% and no any hint message.
