There is a key in landlords house just go in when he isn't there it's in the cupboard in his room which opens the locked chest in the ruins for the recipe
another one in the main city is in the warehouse you have to get the key from a guy in the south town
there are a bunch in the south ruins
there is one from the tool guy in the north

i can’t find the guy that holds the key of the warehouse in the 3rd district of tellerium i think the 10th piece of the costume is there can you elaborate what kind of guy? Was it the bank teller or different? Btw the links are dead when i was trying to redownload the game.

Also, I've no idea what to do in the game. I want to explore but the time is ticking fast! Is there a "pure" route? bcuz the way of some NPCs interaction and her reaction made me think she is no kitty. I don't wanna waste time trying to get a route that doesn't exist. There is penalty for stealing?
