It was the pinnacle of arrogance on Ocean's part to think that even the slightest inconsistency or even a hint of a violation of content distribution platform rules would go unnoticed, blown out of proportion, and repeatedly reported by his "constructive critical" fans. I can't remember any other dev beloved so much by the grateful "content consumers." Ocean has lived rent-free in their heads for years; they fall asleep and wake up with his name on their lips, feeling unspeakable pain and anguish as he again and again ruins everything he does, ignoring their invaluable advice and comments.

I know if I was a dev, I sure would listen to a bunch of whiny bitch-boys and change everything just for them and abandon my vision and goals. Petitions, protests, polls, forums should drive the world. Only listen to the disgruntled tiny minority masses and change everything for everyone just because of them.
