Look a few posts back. If you have the stats working at the sushi restaurant, and whatever the other one is on the same map seem to pay a bit more that the others (I think anyway).
I'd give this a try bc I like lollipops but the visuals look not so nice. Game looks decent tho

The save folder is in the games folder, not separate in appdata like a lot of Unity games. Make sure to move it over to the new version. Or extract the zipped one already in there, if you don't have yours any more.

I solved the problem and it was in settings
